Dental Insurance:
We are happy to file the necessary forms to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage; however we make no guarantee of any estimated coverage.
Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company, patients are responsible for all charges.
Please know that we will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits of your policy. If for some reason your insurance has not paid their portion within 60 days from the date of service, you are responsible for payment at that time.
Payment Options: Cash, Credit Cards, Payment plan
Cash, check and credit card checks:
We are happy to offer a 10% discount for all treatment paid at the time of service.
Credit Cards:
We are happy to accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, though we cannot offer a discount with this form of payment.
Payment Plan:
We do offer a monthly payment plan. Please speak with our receptionist to set up your account and payment arrangements.
